Payment terms are as specified in your Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.

5. Data Security and Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gooey IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

7. Service Level Agreements

We strive to maintain high service availability. Specific uptime guarantees and remedies for service interruptions are detailed in individual SLAs.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and materials remain with Gooey IT or our licensors. Clients retain ownership of their data.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with orderly transition of services.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of IL, without regard to conflict of law principles.
